是由氨基磺酸与环己胺(C6H11N

H2)及氢氧化钠反应而成。

用途

它属于非营养型合成甜味剂,其甜度为蔗糖的30倍,而价格仅为蔗糖的3倍,而且它不像糖精那样用量稍多时有苦味,因而作为国际通用的食品添加剂中可用于清凉饮料、果汁、冰激凌、糕点食品及蜜饯中。
